About ByBa

A few months ago, there was a global selection of the most noble, charming, intelligent, and elegant people—truly exceptional individuals.
And the chosen ones (mostly to stay in touch with each other) created ByBa.

But let’s set our modesty aside for a moment: what we’re really here to do is create prods that make your natural creativity explode.

The world of professional creativity is so intensely focused on working ideas (and doing amazing things) that new processes, games, and generative dynamics often take a backseat.

The world of academia and creativity studies, meanwhile, is so focused on studying creativity (thank goodness) that it often doesn’t practice it—or make it accessible to everyone.

And the rest of human creativity (about 99.99% of it)—the everyday creativity of “regular” people—is often not even recognized in all its wonderful glory.

That’s precisely why we’re here (forget what we said at the beginning—it wasn’t entirely accurate).
What drives us is this mantra: Popularize, Accessibilize, and Personalize the Universe of Creativity.

We create prods (more than just products) and see them as excuses, as invitations, as little doors into creative time spaces. And that’s exactly what we propose: the same way you make time to scroll, make time to be unmistakably YOU.

Enjoy creating your ideas.

So, what’s ByBa all about?
Not about us. It’s about your creative self—your best self.

Those Who Imagine ByBa

Claudia Novo Castellví (Clody, ByBa’s Lady Play) leads the Creative Family universe at ByBa.

With a background in education, psychopedagogy and alternative learning approaches, she has spent years working with children, families and learning environments —always with one goal: to help creativity grow in real life.

She has directed early childhood centers and created projects focused on inclusion and accessible experiences for families.

At ByBa, she transforms creativity into activities, tools and moments that can be lived, shared and remembered.

Ernesto Alegre (Blithe Ernst, if you’re feeling playful) is Minister of Play at ByBa.

His path moves between creative direction and the exploration of how ideas are born, evolve and take shape in people’s lives. He has spent years working in advertising, strategy and research, always circling the same question: what makes creativity happen —and how can it be developed?

At ByBa, he focuses on building systems, concepts and experiences that turn creativity into something tangible, playable and expandable.

He believes creativity is not a luxury, but a way of being in the world.
